I started a YouTube Channel

I finally (finally) started a YouTube Channel!
After a lot of sitting on it, I finally started! And today, I’ll tell you why I started it.
Why did I start a YouTube channel?
- Making a public commitment makes me more accountable and more consistent with my work
- Art that’s made should be shared
- It helps me figure out whether I actually like filmmaking and music and will help me decide if I want to pursue it further.
- The more stuff I make, the better I’ll become at it
- It gives me a backlog of projects for the future, at a single click.
What stuff do I intend on making?
- Short films: I really like filmmaking and especially making short films
- Music: Music production, also something I’m really into
- Tech: I’m really passionate about tech too!
The common thread in all of this is storytelling. Using different mediums to share stories.
Hopefully I stay consistent with this and I continue to enjoy it!
I have a lot of work to do still though. I’ve been thinking of making a blogpost about career options and for that I need to do some research. If you’d like to see that though leave a comment, and I’ll do it!
Thanks for reading.
